This is a sketch from one sentence. It cannot interview your team, inventory your systems, or watch how work actually moves through your company, which is where the real findings come from. Treat it as a demonstration of how we think, not as advice.
Two things about it are deliberate. The status indicator tells you whether a live model answered or the local engine did, because a tool that quietly degrades and pretends otherwise is exactly the kind of thing we'd flag in your business. And your text never gets stored. The session log records that a query ran and how long it was, never what it said.
